లోగడ, ప్రస్తుత ఎలక్ట్రాని క్ వోటింగ్ మిషన్ (EVM) పనితీరు మెరుగు పరచాలని, లొసుగులు లేకుండా చెయ్యలని, సుప్రీం కోర్టులో ప్రజావాజ్యం(Public Interest Litigation) వేసియున్నాను. సుప్రీం కోర్టు మా పరిదికాదు, ఎలక్షన్ కమీషన్ వారిని సంప్రదించండి అని కేసును కొట్టివేయడం జరిగింది. దానికి ప్రతిఫలంగా, కేంద్ర ఎలక్షన్ కమీషన్ సెంప్టెంబర్ ౩, 2009 న వారి ఆఫీసికి (EVM) పై చర్చించుటకు ఆహ్వానించింది.

What is your logic there ? Do you think, ECIL will make free electronic gadgets for elections.If that's the case, then Bharat Petroleum, Indian Oil, Indian railways, State Transport Corporations, etc., have to provide free service for the Election process.....

ఏది ఏమైనా వాళ్ళ లీగల్ నోటీసు లో ఉన్న ప్రకార౦ మీరు చేసినపనికి చట్టబద్దతలేదు.
They clearly saying that ur allegations are not in a acceptable scientific manner and ur misleading the people and so ur baseless allegations are causing loss of reputation.
They are 100% correct according to this legal notice.
And ur interpretation is not acceptable.

Can u pls show ur Supremecourt PIL? then we can understand ur intentions and path properly.
మామూలు బ్యాలెట్ పద్దతిలో మనము ఏ గుర్తుపై ఓటు వేశామో మనకు కనిపిస్తుంది. కాని ఇవియం లో వేయటమే తెలుస్తుంది కాని అది ఎవరికి పడిందో చెప్పలేము. మామూలు వారికి తేడా ఏమి కనిపించక పోయినా computer systems తెలిసిన వారికి మాత్రం EVMs hack చేయడం అంత కష్టం కాదు.

మా systems hack proof అని ECIL చెబుతుంటే, దానిని ఎవరైనా ప్రశ్నించవచ్చు. వాటి పనితనము నిగ్గుతేల్చడానికి, అడిగినవారికి దాని సాంకేతిక వివరాలు ఇవ్వవలసిన బాధ్యత కూడా ECIL వారిదే.
ECIL వారు, వారి systems hack చేయమని open challange చేసి వాటి పనితనాన్ని నిరూపించవలసిన బాధ్యత వారిపైనే ఉంది. ప్రశ్నించినవారిని Legal notice, business దెబ్బతింటుంది అని అనడం బెదిరంచడమే.
Manufacturing Electronic gadgets is a business for ECIL, but for GOD sake, elections related is our future and no business should involve in that.

రిప్లయితొలగించండిIf you clearly see the notice you could understand the deperation of ECIL to restrain the technical team in exploiting the vulnerabilities of EVMs before Election Commission. Election Commission is the only body that can own the rights of an electronic voting machine used in our elections, Have we ever saw a single statement or a news blaming ECIL or its capabilities...The question raised against the EVMs used by election commission and to bring awareness the way adopted by simulating the technology with a look alike can never be an infringement of IP rights of ECIL. It is clearly stated that dummy EVMs can be used for campaigning awareness in the ECI website, There is no need of such desperation from ECIL if they feel the technology developed by them for Election Commission is tamper proof. Let the Election Commission give them the machines for vulnerability check and prove that they are tamper proof. The way the issue is addressed is not right..
I do not think that Election Commission of India own thr rights of EVMs. I think as ECIL provided the EVMs, it has the rights.
రిప్లయితొలగించండిIf EVMs are vulnerbale, Election Comission is responsible for using those. Then we can claim that EVMs provided by ECIL are vulnerable and we can blame Election Comission for using such machines. We can file petition against Election Comission.
We have to prove that EVMs provided by ECIL are vulnerable. But in this case, Yagati used some other EVMs, which is not a proper way.

I hope you people are going to discuss the vulnerability of EVMs with Election Comission on 3rd Sept,2009. I hope you will come back with an interesting outcome.
